Bodh and Gaurav at TLC - Kolhapur

It's one of India's most vibrant manufacturing hubs and a reputed destination for castings (foundries) of all kinds. These 300 foundries alone generate 2000 crores of revenue. Overall, there are around 7500 MSMEs in and around Kolhapur.
I was in Kolhapur last week to attend TLC - Teaching Learning Community's annual events, 𝐁𝐨𝐝𝐡 (where Industry leaders from around the region deliver keynote addresses) and 𝐆𝐚𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐯 (TLC members' cultural event where those who successfully implement the learnings are recognised).
The three keynote speakers represented different generations. While 𝗠𝗿. 𝗦𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻 𝗦𝗵𝗶𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗼𝗻𝗸𝗮𝗿 of Synergy Green Industries Ltd (and many other businesses) is a fourth-generation entrepreneur, 𝗡𝗶𝗹𝗲𝘀𝗵 𝗞𝘂𝗹𝗸𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶 is a third-generation member of his business family (Engineering Technologies Group). 𝗠𝗿. 𝗣𝗿𝗮𝘀𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗮 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗷𝗽𝗲 has grown Paranjape Autocast, which his father had started. They have achieved great success yet are humble, simple, and highly insightful.
Over dinner the day before, Mr Sachin Shirgaokar told us that their company had cast one of India's heaviest castings (a 30,000 kg single piece) just last week. This part joins the three blades of a large windmill. These huge windmills in the Nordic Sea are a regular feature of many foreign movies.
The evening's cultural program was full of music and laughter, showcasing the immense talent of Kolhapur TLCians. These were all entrepreneurs running their companies while taking time out to do rehearsals. Look at the pictures to know how they managed performances like professional artists.
India has many such industrious pockets, creating specialisation in various sectors and performing phenomenal manufacturing activities. These pockets need a good ecosystem of support services (Sales and Marketing, Digitisation of Businesses, Upskilling employees, ERP Implementation, etc.) to help them reach greater heights.
I also got a chance to speak about the forthcoming launch of HowFrameworks. As TLC members have been successfully implementing these frameworks for the last 20 years under the guidance of Rajendra Bagwe Sir, there is quite an excitement about our product among these community members.
We have shared some parts of our products with these community members for the last 6-7 months, and they know its positive impact on their business. They were kind enough to present me with a beautiful memento. This is the first such for us at HowFrameworks, and we will always cherish it.
Thank You, Sanjay Karkhanis, 𝗝𝗮𝘆𝗸𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗿 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗸𝗵, 𝗠𝗮𝗹𝗵𝗮𝗿 𝗕𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘂𝗿𝗴𝗲, 𝗦𝗮𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘀 𝗞𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝘃, 𝗚𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗸𝗵 𝗠𝗮𝗹𝗶, Ajit Madake, Mahesh Date, 𝗦𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗹 𝗕𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗮𝘀𝗲, 𝗥𝗮𝘃𝗶 𝗡𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗹, and parag katdare, for your excellent arrangements.
